Speaker 1:

Good morning. Let's start this beautiful day together. It'll be ideal if you listen to this once you wake up, or at least before you do anything in your day. Now make sure you're as relaxed as you can you can sit or lie down, whatever helps you relax and close your eyes. If you're feeling a bit of tense in any area of your body or you didn't have the best dream last night, take a deep breath with an intention of sending positive, calm and energy for that area. Notice how you start to relax, how you start to feel more at ease and more in peace, that today is a new day, a new gift, a new gift.

Speaker 1:

You will live today as you never lived any other day before. You may have planned your day from yesterday, or you think you know exactly what will happen today, but know for sure that you cannot expect exactly what today is like, as every day carries beautiful surprises and will be filled with amazing adventures for you. Remember your thoughts are what create your future. Every single thought builds your future. But rest assured, as those thoughts you adopted in the past are not important as from now on yes, now, from this very moment. The only important thing for you today is the type of thoughts you choose to invest your energy on here and now. Now, my friend, liberate yourself from any fear. Liberate yourself from any anxiety, worry or doubt, from any anger, hatred, guilt or any desire to take revenge. Leave and release any of those or any envy or jealousy. Today is a new day, a new start, a new life. Yes, every day of your life is a new life. A this story is. You Now breathe deeply With every breath, feel fully the air, the nice, fresh air you're taking in, that how your body has this ability of breathing easily, without any effort to you, very gently then bumps into your heart, swimming to your blood. After being filled with the oxygen, travels through the whole body. It refreshes and feeds every single cell in your body without any need to think of how to do this.

Speaker 1:

Take time to appreciate and pay gratitude for the genius body of yours. Now is the time to forget all the critics you used to beat your body with, focusing on all the beautiful imperfections and rejection them. This is all from the past. Leave all that behind from today. Leave all that and start to acknowledge how genius your body is, how genius your lungs are breathing with ease, how your heart beats, how your food is being digested, how your eyes help you see the beauty around you, were too focused on what you do not have, without realizing, my friend, that being grateful and now is the best way to build your future. Gratitude opens doors to more blessings and more abundance. Start from this moment, here and now.

Speaker 1:

Now, to practice gratitude. Be grateful for the bed you're sleeping on that provides you with comfort and joy. Think about the miracle of electricity, how it provides you with light overnight, when it was merely a dream for humans in the past. Think about the washing machine, your cooker, blender, boiler, and how they all serve you and how they all serve you, how they all keep working and serving all for you. They will never break often if you are tuned into life.

Speaker 1:

Be grateful for your phone, for the internet, which allow you to connect with your loved ones wherever they are, allow you to connect with the world. Feel, feel all these blessings. Be Be grateful for the air which keeps you alive. Be grateful for the rain that keeps nature alive, and without it, planet can die and life disappears and the beauty won't exist. So be grateful for the rain. Let's forget the complaints you used to do about the rain. Be grateful for the rain. Be grateful for the rain. Be grateful for the wind, for the moon, for the light, for the food that you eat, which gives you all the energy you need.

Speaker 1:

Think about the miracle of walking. Isn't it amazing how you can move from a place to another with ease, with no much effort? Be Be grateful for your feet. Pay attention to all the transport you have around you, from cars, buses, trains, boats, airplanes. Be grateful for all of them, for making your life so much easier. Think about all your relationships, for all those who you share your life with. Be grateful for them, love them and thank them for being part of your life, as each and every one of them is a teacher for events in your life that you can be grateful for. Allow yourself to travel, slowly and with love, through all these events in the and present. Be thankful for the places, for the people and for all the experiences that shaped who you are today. How wonderful it is to be grateful. This, my friend, prepares you for a bright, bright future. Open doors to you for more beauty, for more blessings, more abundance, more peace and more positivity in your life.

Speaker 1:

There is a power inside of you that guides you day by day and makes the path of your life so much easier and more joyful. It makes life worth living. All you need to do is to realize your inner power and allow it to support you. Often, you jump out of bed, start your day thinking you control it all, when all you need to do is to be in your state of flow, free yourself from any need to control. Choose positive thoughts, forgive yourself, forgive others. Let the divine wisdom choose the best for you, with the best possibilities and the easiest, easiest ways to dive into your deepest self and arrive to more joy and more peace within you. When you get there, all the events of the day will flow with ease.

When you were created, you were gifted. You were gifted with the ability to create your reality. You were gifted with the freedom of thought, the freedom to choose your thoughts, which will help you create your future in the best possible way. Your future in the best possible way. If you choose pain, anger, hatred, you will only create more of them. If you choose love, you will create more love and more thoughts full of love. If you want happiness, you need to choose happy thoughts. If you want peace, focus on happy, peaceful thoughts. Think, focus on happy, peaceful thoughts. Think how can this day make my life better?
